Promoting Health: Sundesh's Static Health Post through Chunni Lal Medical
Trust
According to the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), about 60% of India’s rural population lacks easy access to basic healthcare facilities. Static health posts aim to bridge this gap by providing consistent healthcare services in remote areas. These posts are instrumental in enhancing the overall health and well-being of rural populations, providing critical services and fostering healthier communities.
Sundesh's Static Health Post, operated by the Chunni Lal
Medical Trust (CLMT), has been an essential source of healthcare since its
establishment in Chauna village in 2002. The mission of Sundesh's Static Health
Post is to provide rural communities with easy access to quality medical care.
The countless lives we have touched and the improved health outcomes we have
witnessed over the years are proof of our impact.
A variety of vital healthcare services are provided by the
Static Health Post, such as vaccinations, health education and awareness
campaigns, medicine administration and delivery, and primary care
consultations. Our outreach efforts extend beyond the health post through
community engagement programs and health camps, designed to reach remote areas
and provide essential services to those in need.
Through these initiatives, Sundesh's Static Health Post
plays a crucial role in improving the health and well-being of rural
populations, ensuring that even the most remote communities have access to
essential healthcare services.
