Suman w/o Pramod, lives in village Shoulana, block Dhoulana. She is a member of ‘Sanyukt’ self help group and her husband works as a labourer in N.T.P.C. and sometimes also works in the small field they own. They have 3 kids. Suman has learnt cutting-tailoring from Sundesh and also uses this skill of hers for small earning.

Suman took 20,000Rs. as loan from the SHG to open a sweet shop which is run by her along with her spouse. They have also kept one skilled cook to make sweets. They make sweets as per the requirement of the villagers. They make Samosa, Bread Pakodas, Chowmein, etc. They gain a profit of 5-6 thousand rupees per month after paying their shop worker.

Their children now go to study in a private school and Suman lives happily with her family and wants to increase her profit from the shop. She wishes to make her family even more happy with the help of Sundesh.
